Rosemary Kochy has over 7 years experience within the construction industry. Rosemary began her career with DKM Residential Properties as a Customer Service Representative. Her responsibilities included scheduling warranty work and residual repairs for more than 800 homes.
From there she went to Kara Homes as Assistant Director of Warranty. At Kara Homes she began more field visits and supervisory tasks. After completing 2 years of service with Kara Homes, she took her knowledge of construction to Pulte Homes as a Finishing Superintendent. Pulte Homes is the largest home builder in the country. Rosemary gained knowledge of residential and commercial construction while employed at Pulte. Her responsibilities at Pulte included all phases of construction from pre-sheetrock until closing. Rosemary was responsible for scheduling construction tasks for 32 homes in mid-rise apartment buildings.
Rosemary's background in customer service and construction brought her to Cornerstone Appraisals and Restorations, LLC in October of 2006 as a Project Manager. Rose has completed a course in Successful Subrogation and continues with current industry related training and certifications on an ongoing basis. Rose uses her skills to ensure quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction
