You Need a Restoration Contractor

Restoring damaged properties requires an experienced contractor. We have the knowledge, methods, and equipment to handle all insurance claims.

We provide an accurate and prompt estimate for review within 24 hours of initial contact with the property owner. This time sensitive material is presented in a clear and concise manner and in accordance with industry standards.

Our Policies and Procedures

Every claim is different. We adhere to proven Cornerstone standards to ensure a smooth and expedient repair process. This makes for a quick, clean and professional restoration project. Our principal goal is to get the policyholder back to normal as quickly as possible.

Cornerstone:
  • Contacts the insured the same day the assignment is received.
  • Scopes the loss within 24 hours of the assignment, at the convenience of the insured unless emergency services are required.
  • Secures the property from further damage (e.g., emergency board-up, water extraction, etc.)
  • Submits a full report and estimate for review to the assigning adjuster within 24 hours of the inspection.
  • Communicates with the adjuster and the insured; ensuring the exchange of information and all details relating to the loss.
  • Inform the adjuster on possible irregularities, exceptions, or other extenuating issues relating to the loss; including possible subrogation, arson, etc.
