John Schumann

John Schumann has over 20 years of experience within the construction industry. He began his career in the early 80s working with various facets of hands on construction, including: carpentry, masonry and general repair. John has a strong engineering background.
John moved into construction management in the early 90s as Project Manager for The East Coast Fireplace and Stone Co. From there he further refined his skills at residential construction and went into fire and water restoration as a Project Manager for a local restoration company working within the insurance industry. John was responsible for all phases of property reconstruction and supervised the repair and rebuild of many homes and commercial buildings damaged by fire, smoke and water.
Highly skilled at residential construction, he entered into residential remodeling as the owner of Sun Construction Company.
John joined Cornerstone Appraisals and Restoration, LLC as a Project Manager. John has completed a course in Successful Subrogation and continues with current industry related training and certifications on an ongoing basis. John uses all of his knowledge, his engineering background and unique skills to achieve complete customer satisfaction and the highest quality of workmanship.
