• Once the detailed estimate is completed, reviewed, and approved, we will schedule the repairs at your convenience. If municipal building permits, architects or engineering reports are required we will arrange for it.
• We will walk you through all the steps we will need to complete the work and include an estimated time-frame.
• You, the homeowner, make all finish selections from roofing and siding, to cabinets, tile, paint colors, flooring, etc.
• Cornerstone will continuously update you on our progress; our project managers are easily accessible to answer your questions.
• When finished with the project we schedule a final walk through to inspect for final touch-ups and make sure that the project is completed to your satisfaction.
